PC Support, Repairs and Maintenance
We provide a PC support and repair service to the Essex area. Where possible we will solve your computer and networking problems remotely saving you time and money. If we need to or you prefer us to visit your premises we are happy to do so. When working onsite we rarely take your PC away to fix software and hardware related issues, our preference is to fix onsite and get you up and running as soon as possible.
We charge £50 + VAT per hour with a minimum of 0.25 hours charge for the remote support service and a minimum of 1 hours charge for onsite support.
If we are unable to repair your computer or it is beyond uneconomical repair we do not charge you a fee.
We can provide advice and/or supply computers and related hardware for your needs.
As well as installing new computer systems, we provide network installations to small businesses.
